I was with Raphael for two weeks of therapy. It was very intense but great for Raphael. Barbora was fantastic, kind, and friendly, just like the whole team. We will gladly return. Thank you.

Thomas / 14 years old / cerebral palsy, has been using a wheelchair since he was three. During the three-week training, Thomas’s muscles relaxed. He was tired every day, but he still enjoyed the training. He had great trust in his therapist Daniel and had fun with him. Thank you very much for your help with transferring Thomas in and out of the wheelchair! Thomas wants to repeat the therapy. Warm thanks.

Lukas has made significant progress. We have been with Martin and his team at the Kinesis Centre for 2 years now. Lukas is 18 years old, does not speak, cannot walk—but understands everything. Diagnosis: cerebral palsy. The start was challenging for Lukas because he was unfamiliar with this type of exercise. However, once we began block therapy and weekly sessions, and Lukas noticed his own progress, he became enthusiastic and motivated for further training. Lukas has shown clear progress. Not only are his muscles developing, but he is also more relaxed in his hands and feet and has excellent trunk and head control. He sits much more upright and freely, and many movement patterns are easier for him. Intensive training—but effective! And… the entire team is super kind and friendly!!

With my son Matúš, I visited various centers in Slovakia and the Czech Republic that offered TheraSuit therapy and suit-based exercises. We can responsibly state that it’s not just about the equipment of the center, how many aids the center has, or how many additional therapies are offered. It is, in every case, about the professional approach of the therapists. That’s why I chose Martin Malovec. Matúš needs someone who is energetic, humorous, yet authoritative and can be creative in training. For a child who has tried various therapies over 8 years, it is difficult to capture their attention and motivate them to cooperate. If there is interest, the therapist also provides a professional explanation of why the exercise is performed, which muscles are activated, and this was very important to me—to see that the therapist knows what they are doing, that no one needs to dictate the correct approach, and that they think about what is paramount for the child while working. It is not easy to find someone for whom you are not just another patient in line, and whose relationship with the child does not end when their working hours do. During the therapy, one can see how the therapist interacts with the children and pays attention to them, and I also had the chance to observe how they behave with other children in the absence of their parents. I am writing this review after several stays with Martin Malovec. I am very pleased to have finally found a therapist who adapts to my child and helps them and who respects their needs. He does not work entirely according to prescribed rules, and I like that. I just regret that I did not discover him sooner…
