Dear Sir or Madam,
Allow me a few words. Three weeks ago, I had the opportunity to spend time at the Reha-Zentrum with my son Kryštof.
Kryštof is generally cautious when forming new relationships, but with the therapist Bárou, it happened naturally. Her approach was very professional, friendly, and empathetic… to the extent that it was better that my presence did not disrupt this bond. Thank you, Bárouško, for your patience and energy. You have helped Kryštof achieve such great results, sometimes even with tears in your eyes. I was moved to tears when I saw Kryštof on all fours (I initially tried not to show it, but I was completely overwhelmed). I never believed he would manage it (with me just a minor accompaniment) and with such “ease.” You have given me the courage to continue. I see that it is not about a flood of people, but rather about experience and approach. You have my admiration; at such a young age, you are a very capable person in the right place (and I am quite critical). Even though Kryštof is at an age where he cannot fully understand what we are doing for him now, he will surely appreciate the photos and videos and the entire effort. Thank you!
The willingness of the entire staff is a given here, and the familial atmosphere in a friendly environment with attention to maximum comfort and needs, not only for the patients but also for the companions, is a very pleasant bonus of a well-functioning therapy system.
The time and effort you dedicate to each patient are admirable.
It was an honor to be a part of it.
